paid minimum wage, are held by teenagers in school. At my job i work very hard and i know I am not earning what i should be. I should also earn more because I work night and weekends, when we are mostly busy. I should also earn more because no one I work with ever seems to want to pick up a night or give up one of there day shifts to the other workers. It's very hard to work along with going school.
